At Chapman Bags, we handcraft all our products with care and attention to detail. As we intentionally hold low volumes of finished stock, most orders are made to order, allowing us to offer unique, high-quality items made just for you.

Shipping Policy for In-Stock, Non-Personalised Items:

• Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 1pm: Shipped the next day.
• Orders placed after 1pm Thursday through Sunday: Processed and shipped on Monday.

Note: This applies only to items that are in stock and do not include personalisation.

Shipping Policy for Made-to-Order or Personalised Items:

• Items that are made to order, personalised, or not currently in stock may take up to 10 working days to ship. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

Delivery Time:

• UK – Free next day delivery when placing an order before 1pm (Monday – Thursday)
• EU - Most deliveries take 2-3 working days to arrive from dispatch (cost calculated at checkout)
• All other Countries items should arrive within a week of dispatch (cost calculated at checkout)
