What are Chapman’s shipping timings?

If an item is in stock, we ship it next day providing it is ordered before 13:00. 

If an item is not in stock and we need to make it for you or it is personalised, we will ship within 10 working days and keep you posted on progress.

Why don’t you offer free shipping?

There is no such thing as free shipping. When shipping is “free” it is in fact built in to the cost of the item. We think it is much fairer to charge a little shipping for a small item and a little more for a larger item. That’s why we show the cost, so you get exactly what you are paying for.
