What is your returns policy?
We’ll refund any purchase within 30 days as long as your purchase is returned to us in its original sale condition and original packaging.
We are unable to refund purchases of bespoke or personalised items.
However, in the very unlikely event that there is a manufacturing defect, and your bag lets you and us down, we will of course repair or replace the item with no questions asked. There is no time limit on this promise.
