We want you to be completely happy with your Chapman purchase.

If for any reason you change your mind, we’ll refund any non-personalised item returned to us within 30 days, provided it’s in its original condition and packaging.

Please note we’re unable to offer refunds on bespoke or personalised items, as these are made specially for you.

However, in the very unlikely event that there is a manufacturing defect, and your bag lets you and us down, we’ll repair or replace your item - no questions asked, and with no time limit. It’s part of our commitment to making things properly and making them last.
