… And nor do our dust bags. Many Chapman bags and accessories are our daily companions. But some are for more special or occasional use which means they find themselves in cupboards or closets and at the mercy of the dreaded dust. Which is why we created our signature calico dust bags which protect the outside your precious Chapman when its not in use … and in the case of the larger dust bags double as laundry bags and protect the inside of your Chapman when it is in use!

Making products that stand the test of time is a key part of our sustainability thinking at Chapman. You don’t get bored of something timeless, in fact you love it so much you to want to keep using it. And when your bag needs a bit more TLC than that? Well if we can, we’ll mend your bag for you, so it can go one being timeless for years to come. That’s the kind of recycling we like to see.

As craftspeople we never stop learning, we are always honing our skills and improving our products, and in the same way, we will continually look for more sustainable materials and ways of working so that we can tread more lightly in our world.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

If an item is in stock, we ship it next day providing it is ordered before 13:00. 

If an item is not in stock and we need to make it for you, we will ship within 10 working days and keep you posted on progress.

Returns

We’ll refund any purchase within 30 days of purchase as long as your purchase is returned to us in its original sale condition and

original packaging. 

We are unable to refund purchases of bespoke or personalised items. 

However, in the very unlikely event that there is a manufacturing defect, and your bag lets you and us down, we will of course repair or replace the item with no questions asked. There is no time limit on this promise.
