We’ve all found ourselves hauling multiple suits, jackets, shirts et al from the car to the hotel closet via many, many flights of stairs and exhausting corridors, after which the effects of multiple hangers makes ones hands look like they’ve been subjected to the worst tortures of Torquemada. Which is why the newest addition to our Cargo range now carries all of those hangers neatly looped and stowed… which is indeed, handy! It features a full length opening zip so packing the suit carrier is no longer reminiscent of stuffing a turkey and your gear hangs crease free. You will also note that, like your suits, your suit carrier has a rather dashing contrast lining. Which all means it's our handles and not your hands that are red.

Well if we can, we’ll mend your bag for you, so it can go one being timeless for years to come. That’s the kind of recycling we like to see.

As craftspeople we never stop learning, we are always honing our skills and improving our products, and in the same way, we will continually look for more sustainable materials and ways of working so that we can tread more lightly in our world.

Shipping

If an item is in stock, we ship it next day providing it is ordered before 13:00. 

If an item is not in stock and we need to make it for you, we will ship within 10 working days and keep you posted on progress.

Returns

We’ll refund any purchase within 30 days of purchase as long as your purchase is returned to us in its original sale condition and

original packaging. 

We are unable to refund purchases of bespoke or personalised items. 

However, in the very unlikely event that there is a manufacturing defect, and your bag lets you and us down, we will of course repair or replace the item with no questions asked. There is no time limit on this promise.
