In other words, it’s a bag that perfectly fits your lifestyle and will last as long as you or we would reasonably expect it to. Our products are made to exacting standards that we are proud to put our name to.

No product goes on sale until we have used (and abused) it rigorously and ironed out anything that needs attention, right to the last and finest detail.

And once your order is placed no item leaves our workshop without going through a series of stringent quality control checks from Natalie. And nothing sub-standard gets past Natalie!

In the unlikely event (and after reasonable wear and tear) your bags lets you and us down, then send us the details and photographs and we’ll be in touch. We are very reasonable in our assessment of what is reasonable and we’ll mend your bag free of charge.

Equally if your bag has led a full life and needs repair, if we can we will, and we’ll agree a reasonable price for the work. We have breathed new life into old bags for many years now.

If, however your bag has been attacked by your dog, an equally vicious baggage handler or even a suspicious customs official then perhaps purchasing a new Chapman might be in order.
